Quick 5-Minute Homemade Granola Bars

These granola bars are delicious, gluten-free, and easy to make under 5 minutes!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup smooth almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1½ cups rolled oats
1 chopped dried fig
3 tablespoons mix of pumpkin seeds, crushed cashews and walnuts (you can vary the seeds and nuts you use)
Instructions:
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients and mix well.
The mixture may seem dry at first, but keep mixing and it'll come together.
Press firmly into the pan and use a spoon to flatten the mixture.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Slice into bars and enjoy!
Store bars in the fridge for up to one week.
