Why Queenie Physio?

There’s an intimate connection between your mind and body. Your thoughts, emotions and stress manifest in different ways on your physical body. Some of you hold stress and anxiety in your neck and shoulders while others may experience stomach upset or appetite changes. Unaware of this connection, you may move or do things habitually that contribute to or become the root cause to your physical symptoms.

My content EMPOWERS YOU with more knowledge about your mind & body connection so that you recognize warning signs that your body tells you long before a problem starts. You will learn simple and practical self-help strategies to decrease stress, break bad habits and improve self-care. Don’t stay stuck in habits that may lead to money and time spent on therapy or pain!

We strive towards 5 results

  2. Eating Well

  3. Sleeping Better

What is a Physiotherapist?

Physiotherapists are movement experts. If you have an injury, a surgery, persisting pain, or any illness that affects your daily movement and function, physiotherapists can help. Physiotherapists are regulated healthcare professionals who assess, diagnose and aim to treat the root cause of your symptoms in order to help you rehabilitate and prevent future injury.

My philosophy is to the treat the MIND & BODY. Psycho-social-emotional factors affect your physical body and symptoms. I am also passionate about lifestyle & preventative medicine because there are countless things you can do BEFORE any injuries to prevent future injuries and optimize your wellbeing.
